I had a horrible living situation in my home. I became deeply ashamed of it and warded off visitors as a result. My fiancé reached out to Shawn and got a response fairly quick. Shawn was immediately calming, stating he’s taken extra educational courses to best handle hoarding situations. He didn’t make me feel judged or ashamed. Opening up my home to him was a difficult thing to do, but he made me feel so much at ease that I could relax a little. He was very confident he could do some incredible work and successfully rid the odors. He was readily available both before, after and during the job He and his team were very courteous and did a beyond amazing job with my home. It’s so freeing to not be embarrassed of people coming to visit, and that I get an awesome clean space to clear my mind. I highly, highly recommend Shawn and the amazing miracles he’s able to pull off. You won’t be disappointed. It’s truly unbelievable to have my home back.

I had a horrible situation with a relative, Shawn, Gage and the team with Austin Bio Clean came to the rescue and made the clean up and disposal of 40 years of trash and understood the disease involved with a hording situation. They were able to meticulously pull out photos from 5 generations of family (many I haven't seen before!). I'm so very grateful for the attention to those valuable and irreplaceable items! Thank you so much for what you do, how you do it, and the heart to be there for families like mine.
